Hands To Work Textiles is excited to return to in-person shows and events this year! We are currently participating in the following for 2022. 
If you are unable to attend any of the following events but are still looking to see and shop our work for yourself, consider an in-person studio visit! We are located in the outskirts of the charming village of Shelburne Falls in Western Massachusetts.

Hello Summer Outdoor Marketplace

Shop wares and services of local woman, nonbinary, trans, and BIPIOC owned small businesses. Listen to music, take a class, grab a taste of everything from Ginger Love Cafe and Jamaican Jewelz!

Wander beyond the trees to find a river to dip your toes in. Bring a blanket, a frisbee. Simply enjoy the company of your friends and neighbors on a summers day.

A Summer Day on the Buckland Common

Rain or Shine, Free Admission, Free Parking. A family event with activities for the whole community, friends, and neighbors. Vendors, arts and crafts, bake sale, tag sales and antiques auction, raffles, games for all ages, antique engines, tours and demonstrations, quilt display, animals, Shelburne Falls Military Band Concert and other live music, coffee, blueberry buckle, lunch for sale, and much more.

Blueberry Festival 

This ever-popular event features early American craft demonstrations and wares, antiques, live music and entertainment, magic act, activities for children, animals, birds of prey, sheep-shearing, plus many unique and highly talented artists, crafters, specialty food purveyors, tag sale, outdoor sports and activities vendors, as well as garden/nature related vendors and organizations. There will also be blueberries galore and a blueberry pancake breakfast, in addition to a wide selection of tasty food items and baked goods.

MacKenzie-Childs Artisan Craft Festival

This experiential weekend on the farm, in the breathtaking fall season, will include hands-on craft experiences, demonstrations, one-of-a-kind pieces for sale, expanded shopping in The Outlet, and food. Celebrating what MacKenzie-Childs cherishes most, the love for art and home, and all things made by hand, this annual event is not to be missed.

Working Weavers Studio Trail

Working Weavers Studio Trail is a self-guided driving tour of weaving studios along back roads in western MA at the height of fall foliage. Come explore the handmade textiles that tell the stories of the people who created them. We are weavers dedicated to bringing handwoven textiles into the future. Our mission is to make cloth visible again by producing and selling high quality textiles as well as by presenting the process and the people who make weaving their livelihood.
